"Not a lot to choose from"
I went on giordano-me.com expecting to find a decent range of styles, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the clothes looked really basic, and a bunch of sizes or colors seemed to be missing. The site itself works fine, but I kept getting asked to verify again, which got annoying quickly. It’s okay if you just need simple everyday stuff, but I was hoping for more options.

"Nice quality and easy to wear"
I ordered a polo and a pair of chinos from giordano-me.com, and overall I’m happy with them. The polo was a great fit and felt true to size on me, which was a nice confidence boost because it looked clean and put-together right away. The chinos were good too, but a little snug around the waist, so I’d probably recommend sizing up if you prefer a bit more comfort. Delivery was smooth and nothing to complain about. Just double-check the size chart before ordering and you should be good

"Expected Better Quality"
I ordered this shirt assuming it would be decent for the price, but it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the package. I figured the fabric might soften up after a wash, but the stitching already started coming loose, so I don’t think it’s going to hold up well.

I ended up getting a nicer promo than I expected on my order, which was a good little surprise. The site was simple enough to use, and the discount code actually worked on the first try, which doesn’t always happen with these things. I was kind of half-shopping while making coffee, so I’m glad it didn’t turn into a whole process. Overall, happy with the savings and I’d probably check back again next time

The site was okay overall. Meh. I was able to find most of what I needed, but it took a little clicking around and wasn’t super straightforward.

Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and the menu felt a bit confusing on mobile. Annoying. The filters worked, but not always in the way I thought they would.

Checkout was simple enough once I got there, so that part was fine. Fine. I’d use the site again if I needed to, but I do think it could be smoother

"Showed up faster than I expected"
My order actually arrived way quicker than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. The only thing is, whoever packed it could’ve done a better job because the packaging felt a little rushed. Overall, happy it got here fast though.

"Felt like I had to beg for help"
My experience at the store was disappointing. I kept trying to get someone to help me, and it started to feel like I was begging just to get basic service. Everything moved so slowly, and by the end I was more annoyed than anything. I left feeling frustrated and a bit resentful, and I really don’t feel like shopping from giordano-me.com again anytime soon...

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from giordano-me.com and had to return it. The whole process was easy to follow, and customer care got back to me after about a day, which wasn’t super fast but still okay.
I did get my exchange in the end, and the new size fit really well. My only small issue was that the pickup timing could’ve been a bit better, but overall it was a smooth experience...

"Decent Quality, But the Prices Didn’t Wow Me"
I went in hoping for that magical deal moment, but it was just okay. The quality is fine, nothing to complain about there, but the prices felt like they could’ve been a bit lower. Not terrible, just not the bargain I was hoping to discover
